Economical Operation and Maintenance

The Skid reduces operating and maintenance costs through the use of individually-fired modular boiler units, and a staged microprocessor control system. Using a geothermal energy process, the microprocessor senses outside air and water temperatures, then maintains only the temperature required to heat the space to the desired level.

The Skid can also supply year-round high-temperature water by isolating a predetermined number of modules. Then using them to pump the water through to other high-output equipment. In example, make-up air units and/or domestic hot water heat exchangers.

Using modular boiler plants rather than one or two large boilers requiring high temperature loops, allows fuel savings of up to 20 - 40% throughout the entire year. The costs to you will be lower because operating engineers will not be required.

Maintenance and replacement costs of the skid are substantially reduced due to the high quality and proven longevity of the cast iron heat exchangers used in our modules. Standard tube boilers typically need to be replaced within 20 years or need replacement tubes in less than 10 years. This will drastically reduce the money from your bank account, even if it's just to replace one little part that looks innocent and cheap. But then you get the bill, that's when your jaw hits the floor in disbelief!

The Skid uses cast iron boiler modules which can operate 50+ years without replacement, and its' conventional controls have proven reliable in hundreds if not, thousands of installations.

Warmth and comfort are just some of the reasons to replacing that old boiler and justify establishing a new boiler. In any industrial project we have the right choice for you.
