System Integrity and Control
On larger systems where
two high-output steam boilers are used, shutting down one boiler for
service can compromise up to 50% of the building's heat output, but
not for The Skid....
Heating specifications for
many facilities require steam boiler redundancy to insure uninterrupted
heating in the event of equipment failure. The Skid is by its
nature a redundant system. If one boiler module should develop a problem
and shut down, our system's microprocessor allows the other modules
on the same skid to continue operating and meet most, if not all, of
the required load. Though the problem will need to be fixed, it won't
be as noticeable as having no heat or cool air in your building, like
other boilers would cause if they shut down. If needed, The Skid's
modules can be easily added on to compensate for increased demand or
expansion to the facility. Which is great news for those who have ever
expanding businesses. The Skid has virtually no limitations as
to the size, shape or height of a building. It can be easily placed
into the boiler room of any establishment, quickly and conveniently.
This new cutting edge technology
in the boiler manufacturing industry will save you money because of
its' easy installation, efficient use and reliability. Now how can you
not smile about that? Especially when you're nice and warm with your
new skid from the Boiler House Factory.

Cost Effective Installation
Retrofit installation of
bulky boilers in mechanical boiler room often requires the costly removal
and replacement of exterior walls. The Skid's multi-sectional
and dimensional design allows it to be moved easily through mechanical
room's doors. Occasionally, new openings are required for boiler vents
and existing concrete housekeeping pads must be removed. New housekeeping
pads are not required as The Skid comes complete with its' own
base. Once in place, The Skid is leveled through the use of the
adjustable legs and is easily connected to the buildings piping and
wiring.
All connections to The
Skid are accessible. There is no need for additional valves or control
panels as these components are integrated into the system itself. The
Skid is completely self-contained.
