Skid
The Skid is a completely pre-manufactured
boiler plant that is ready for connection to on-site heating, gas, plumbing
and electrical systems. Our clients look for comfort, uninterrupted
service and economical use of space. The Skid can provide
these in a system that offers cost-effective installation, operation
and maintenance as well as complete system integrity and control. All
our piping and wiring are designed for easy removal or replacement of
component parts. The Skid uses the highest-quality,
low-output boiler modules to reduce energy consumption and cost.
We can also supply prefabricated pipping systems to connect the boiler
to the building systems.

The Boiler House
The Boiler House is a pre-manufactured structure specially
designed to house The Skid and associated equipment
according to the specs. We can build and ship the unit with a variety
of options for installation onto the existing structure or anywhere
on the site.
Where facilities are spread out, like shopping centers,
The Boiler House eliminates the need of large mechanical rooms and massive
associated systems. Still allowing for the ability to use cost effective
hot water by strategically placing The Boiler House on the roof tops
with the presently designated AHU's.
